Flat-Rate Performance Pay
Unlike traditional hourly positions where you're paid only for the hours you're on the clock, our detailers are paid based on the amount of work they complete. Each vehicle has an assigned labor time, and you earn that amount regardless of how quickly you complete the job.
This means efficient, high-quality detailers have the opportunity to earn significantly more than an hourly wage. Your productivity and attention to detail directly impact your paycheck.
