Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive engineering, cost engineering, benchmarking, or value optimization.
• Strong foundational understanding of vehicle systems and manufacturing processes.
• Previous experience working with OEMs or Tier 1 automotive suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and champion cost-saving opportunities across vehicle systems.
• Lead teardown analyses to understand industry trends and competitor cost structures.
• Facilitate value optimization workshops with engineering teams and suppliers.
