SERVICE VALET / PORTER

Responsibilities - Service Valet / Porter

• Greet and welcome customers in friendly and professional manner, park and move cars, drive customers to and from nearby locations, keep parking lots organized, and more
• Direct customers to appropriate personnel
• Install floormats and I.D. tags in all vehicles that arrive for service.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Drive customers to and from nearby locations
• Park and retrieve cars for customers and staff
• Keep vehicle parking lots organized
• Maintain traffic flow
• Maintain cleanliness of dealership lots by removing debris
• Wash cars
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications - Service Valet / Porter

• Energetic with a good work ethic, friendly and courteous with excellent customer service and communicattion skills
• A positive attitude and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work outdoors and be physically active in a fast-paced environment
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
