EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our Thornton, CO team. You will perform vehicle repair and maintenance on pre-owned vehicles up to 12 years old, delivering high-quality service in a collaborative shop environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork. Salary ranges from $47,000 to $75,000 with guaranteed pay and bonus potential; plus health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K matching, paid vacation, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be state-certified where applicable.
• At least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification.
• Own a set of tools.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn.
• Respect for teammates and a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned per dealer and factory standards.
• Inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old.
• Complete tasks such as 190 Point Vehicle Inspection, lube, filters, and fluid services.
• Service brakes, tires, suspension, and alignments; diagnose drivability issues.
• Handle A/C diagnosis and repair and light line work including gasket/part replacement.
• Occasionally assist with engine/transmission removal and installation.
