The Training Expert designs, develops, and implements F&I, Sales, and Service Managers' training for Independent Agencies, Dealerships, OEMs, and Credit Unions. Fee-based training is used as a competitive advantage to encourage agencies to bring new business to ADS. Training is adaptable to the direct channel.
Annual salary ranges from $104,000 to $187,625, based on experience and qualifications.
