MAN is seeking a Master Toyota Technician to join our service team in a full-time role. The position focuses on advanced diagnostics, quality repairs, efficiency, and delivering outstanding customer service for Toyota vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have Toyota factory training, strong diagnostic capabilities, and the ability to mentor other technicians while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Master Diagnostic Technician (MTD) certification preferred
• Toyota dealership experience required
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license required
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently
• Perform repairs according to Toyota and dealership standards
• Complete advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, HVAC, and hybrid systems
• Utilize Toyota factory diagnostic equipment and repair information
• Perform maintenance services and vehicle inspections
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts personnel
• Identify additional maintenance or safety concerns
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs
• Maintain accurate repair documentation
• Participate in ongoing Toyota training and certification programs
