Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington in Boston, MA, is seeking an energetic CVR Clerk to support dealership operations. You will handle vehicle documentation, registrations, taxes and titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance while maintaining efficient processing workflows.

This role offers room to grow within a large automotive group. The ideal candidate has post-secondary education and MA CVR certification, plus at least one year in a similar role; dealership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education and MA CVR certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a CVR/Title Clerk or similar role.
• Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
• Prepare tax and title documents.
• Submit contracts to lenders for payment.
• Submit all legal transfer work to the DMV.
• Verify funds and lien payoff before processing title applications.
• Check accuracy in applications and ensure information is complete.
• Bills out dealer trades and maintains Certificates of Origin; track title work.
• Compile and report status of missing or problem titles weekly.
