Suntrup Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Automotive Title Clerk to join our family-owned dealership in the St. Louis area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and a strong team player responsible for accurate title processing and timely posting of vehicle purchases.

You will verify documents, handle all aspects of titling, and research discrepancies. Proficiency with DealerTrack is a plus, and good communication and time management skills are essential for meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle titling processes.
• Experience with title processing/ titling in an automotive environment.
• Ability to resolve issues and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Post vehicles into accounting system as purchased.
• Verify vehicle documents.
• Handle all aspects of title processing on purchase vehicles.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in titling.
• Other duties as assigned.
