Bridgewater Chevrolet is seeking a dedicated Motor Vehicle Title Clerk to join our team in Bridgewater, NJ. You will review and process title work, maintain meticulous records, and coordinate with the DMV to resolve title issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience from purchase to final title.

You will support the finance and sales teams with timely document handling, leveraging CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds, and adhering to NJ regulations to keep titles accurate and compliant.

Qualifications

• At least two years of automotive title processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey DMV title transfer procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume paperwork.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Experience with dealership management software such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds.

Responsabilités

• Review and process all title work accurately and in a timely manner for vehicle sales.
• Maintain organized records of all titles and registration documents for both new and used vehicles.
• Coordinate with the DMV and state agencies to resolve any title issues or discrepancies.
• Follow up with customers and lenders to collect missing documentation required for final title processing.
• Prepare and submit state tax and title documents within designated time frames.
• Help our finance and sales teams maintain a smooth, efficient workflow for every vehicle delivery.
