Job summary

Germain Lexus of Naples seeks an Automotive Title Clerk to manage all vehicle title and registration tasks for new and used inventory in Naples, FL. You will ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance to support a seamless sales process and excellent customer service.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with pay based on experience. We offer benefits including health, dental & vision, a 401(k) with match, paid vacation, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive environment.
• Knowledge of state title regulations and requirements.

• Processing all in and out of state title and registrations related to vehicle sales
• Dealer trade/wholesale / transports
• Aiding in office duties-assisting staff
• Reconcile accounts and schedules
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
