Automotive Title / Purchasing Clerk

Suntrup Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated car dealership seeking a full-time Automotive Title Clerk. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and a dependable team player.

Job Duties

1. Post vehicles into our accounting system in a timely manner as vehicles are purchased.
2. Verify vehicle documents.
3. Handle all aspects of title processing on purchased vehicles.
4. Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the titling process.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of titles.
2. Knowledge of DealerTrack is a plus.
3. Ability to problem solve.
4. Time management skills.
5. Effective communication skills.
6. Highly organized.
7. Ability to meet established deadlines.

Schedule Requirements

1. Full-time: 40 hours a week.
2. Monday – Friday, start at 7:00 am or 8:00 am (flexible).
3. Occasional overtime as needed.
