Job summary

Clark Warehouse Tire & Auto in Missouri is seeking an Automotive General Service Technician to perform tire installation, oil changes, and routine maintenance, delivering precision and efficiency to keep customers safe on the road.

You’ll grow with a team in a fast-paced shop, using basic automotive knowledge and diagnostic tools as you expand skills. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and lifting up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of automotive systems.
• Experience in automotive maintenance or repair is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is strongly preferred.
• Effective communication and ability to work well within a team.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires with precision and care.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid flushes and replacements, belt and hose replacements, battery testing and installation, and general automotive repairs.
• Conduct thorough visual inspections of vehicles and accurately document any findings.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of shop equipment, including servicing portable fluid drains according to shop protocols.
• Actively expands automotive knowledge and technical skills to support long-term career development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support shop operations and team success.
