Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests.
• Educate other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians.
• Manage inventory, returns, and paperwork, and ensure merchandise is labeled and stored correctly.
• Use handheld technology to drive service improvements and plan for sales.
