Technical Professionals Group, LLC in Wittmann, AZ is seeking a reliable Test Technician I to set up, conduct, and assist in analysis of vehicle brake system tests to ensure data meets design specs. You will work with Data Acquisition equipment such as 3802 and VMAX, install sensors and thermocouples, and monitor tests for accuracy.

Requirements include automotive trade school or ASE preferred and a high school diploma; minimum 2 years' testing experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in automotive testing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive trade school preferred.
• Coursework in digital electronics and basic electronics preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and understand test data.

Responsabilités

• Set up and conduct vehicle brake system tests to meet design specifications.
• Monitor tests and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Operate Data Acquisition equipment including 3802 and VMAX.
• Assist with analysis and interpretation of test results.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during all tests.
• Prepare test reports and communicate findings.
