Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology, preferred but not required.
• Strong experience planning, scheduling, documenting test results and reporting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specs, and test procedures.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automotive systems.
• Experience with laboratory testing, instrumentation, or data acquisition.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Support development of product performance requirements.
• Plan, set up, execute, and document laboratory and vehicle testing.
• Install accessories, instrumentation, and test equipment on vehicles.
• Collect and analyze test data using established tools and methods.
• Identify performance issues and support root cause investigations.
• Coordinate testing activities with internal teams and suppliers.
• Support supplier validation and test plan correlation.
• Assist with vehicle build events, product investigations, and evaluations.
• Participate in technical reviews and project meetings.
