Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum 5+ years automotive test engineering experience.
• Strong mastery of test planning, validation methodologies, physical test setup, and data analysis.
• Experience with instrumentation, test equipment setup, and data acquisition systems.
• Ability to interpret complex specifications and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Execution: develop and execute test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Instrumentation & Setup: calibrate and configure test equipment and DAQ systems.
• Validation Testing: perform rigorous physical and functional validation testing.
• Data Analysis & Diagnosis: analyze test data to identify bottlenecks and corrective actions.
• Root-Cause Investigation: lead investigations for testing anomalies, ensuring coverage.
• Collaboration & Reporting: document findings and present to cross-functional teams.
