Qualifications

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs per manufacturer specs and dealership standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic concerns using modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Complete repair orders efficiently while upholding quality and safety standards.
• Document findings and repairs clearly for service records.
• Collaborate with service advisors and shop leadership to support workflow.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area compliant with OSHA and dealership policies.
• Participate in OEM and ongoing training to stay current with vehicle tech.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle concerns using modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
• Document diagnostic findings, recommended repairs, and completed work clearly and accurately.
• Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts personnel, and shop leadership to support efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with dealership and OSHA standards.
• Participate in OEM, technical, and ongoing training to stay current with evolving vehicle technology.
• Follow all dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support service department operations.
