Qualifications

• Must perform diagnostics and repairs per manufacturer specs.
• Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic concerns with modern tools.
• Maintain quality and safety standards during repairs.
• Collaborate with service advisors and shop leadership to keep workflow efficient.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Document diagnostic findings, recommended repairs, and completed work clearly.
• Follow dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and safety regulations.
• Participate in OEM, technical, and ongoing training to stay current.
