Job summary

Suburban Ford of Romeo is seeking automotive technicians at entry, mid, and senior levels to join a modern dealer environment. You’ll work with Ford-certified professionals, access factory training, and use the latest Ford diagnostic tools to deliver quality repairs.

Openings range from entry-level apprentices to Journeyman/Master technicians. Schedule is Monday–Friday with 4x10 options, and a broad benefits package supports career growth within Lithia & Driveway.

Qualifications

• Entry to advanced levels available based on experience across Ford models.
• Commitment to safety standards and Ford procedures.
• Ability to follow Ford service procedures and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to obtain ASE certifications if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
• Assist experienced technicians with repairs and diagnostics.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and maintain clean work areas.
• Follow Ford service procedures and safety standards.
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical and drivability concerns at mid-levels.
