Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bartlett, TN, is seeking Automotive Technicians of all skill levels in a high-volume service department. We offer a signing bonus based on experience, a $100,000+ performance-based income potential, and unlimited hours to maximize earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred, but technicians of all skill levels should apply!
• Automotive operational knowledge and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Good work ethic and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Relevant certifications and experience are welcomed, but we are also interested in developing motivated entry-level technicians, trainees, and apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles, diagnose problems, and perform repairs, maintenance, and recall work according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Perform repairs involving engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and other vehicle systems.
• Participate in training sessions and learn new automotive technologies and repair procedures.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Properly account for and care for dealership-owned tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties based on skill level, certifications, and department needs.
