RAYS CENTER SQUARE REPAIR LLC is seeking an Automotive Technician for our dealership service center. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, using the dealership’s computer software and knowledge of vehicle systems to deliver quality service.

Ideal candidates possess a never-quit attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This role involves routine maintenance and comprehensive vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communications skills are required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred.
• ASE certification or SAE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes.
• Assist with establishing service center procedures and maintaining repair documentation.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
• Conduct in-depth inspections of engine, transmission, and brakes.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Convey repair information to customers clearly and concisely.

We are looking for an Automotive Technician to join our successful dealership service center.

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You must be comfortable using the dealership’s computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
• Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
