Kia Retailers are offering skilled and experienced military Veterans the opportunity to start an inspiring career as a Kia Certified Service Technician. To support this initiative, Kia America, Inc. has established the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP).

Job Description

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles, including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical components.
• Complete repair orders and warranty requests according to Kia and Retailer policies.
• Test drive vehicles, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems using Kia diagnostic tools and strategies.
• Perform services, diagnostics, and repairs efficiently, communicating with the shop foreman and service advisor to enhance customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Honorable Discharge from military service
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
