Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests.
• Build experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete thorough courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with service dept to address guest concerns.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and organization standards.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to solve problems.
