Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an Automotive Technician/Mechanic in the Covington–Mandeville area. The role involves diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicles, with an emphasis on accuracy, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests.
• Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively as part of a team.
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate concerns effectively with the service department.
• Work with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver results.
