Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE L1/Master preferred, or plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests.
• Build experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work with the service department to communicate concerns.
• Troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards.
• Work with other technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
• Paid continuous training.
