Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an Automotive Technician/Mechanic in Greeley, CO. You will diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests, working across domestic and foreign makes with a focus on safety and top-notch service.

This full-time role offers $45–$55 per hour for qualified candidates, weekends off, generous PTO and holidays, toolbox/tool allowances, healthcare, retirement matching, ongoing training and ASE reimbursement, and real-time support from experienced technicians.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests.
• Continuously build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns.
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.
