We are EXTREMLY busy at Volkswagen of Streetsboro and are looking for a Master Technician who is seeking his/her forever home! If you have automotive technician experience and a desire to grow your career, we need to talk. We offer the right candidates an opportunity to develop their technician skills, to work in a positive environment with management support, paid training, and the facility currently expanding to add more service bays.

Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles and diagnose the problem(s).
• Provide an excellent customer service experience by performing quality repair and maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
• Provide an estimate of time and parts needed for repair/maintenance.
• Learn new technical information and techniques in training sessions to stay current with rapidly changing technology
• Build and maintain knowledge of products and services via on-the-job training and completion of manufacturer training
• Must be analytical with good problem-solving skills
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace
  
  
  

Service Technician Requirements:

• 3-5 years Automotive service technician experience
• Energetic with a positive attitude
• Devotion to your work as a career
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Clean Driving Record
• Volkswagen and/or ASE certifications, a plus
