Gilder Search Group seeks an Automotive Technician (A or High B Level) in St. Louis Park, MN for a clean, modern shop with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends. Pay up to $45/hour plus production pay.

Ideal candidates have strong bumper-to-bumper repair and diagnostic skills, with ASE certification a plus. Join a collaborative team focused on ongoing training and career growth in a well-established independent repair shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Low A-Level or High B-Level experience preferred.
• Ability to perform bumper-to-bumper repairs independently.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using diagnostic scan tools.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform bumper-to-bumper diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on all makes and models.
• Diagnose and repair brake, steering, suspension, engine, and general mechanical systems.
• Utilize diagnostic scan tools and testing equipment to identify vehicle concerns.
• Complete factory maintenance services, inspections, tune-ups, and preventive maintenance.
• Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors and teammates.
• Maintain repair documentation and ensure safety and organization of work areas.
