The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years automotive technician experience, an unrestricted NYS driver's license, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills to deliver world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years automotive technician experience.
• NYS driver's license with clean record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Check fluids and maintenance-related parts; replace as needed.
• Diagnose issues based on experience, analysis and testing.
• Follow shop policies, procedures, safety and environmental rules.
• Perform repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs.
• Perform routine service inspections or tests and complete standard maintenance jobs.
• Repair automobiles and light trucks as assigned.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings and classes as required.
• Comply with and enforce safety policies and procedures.
