Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience performing complex repairs.
• ASE certification in brakes, electrical/electronic systems, or engine performance preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to pass background check.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately following dealership and factory standards.
• Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs.
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and ETA.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology.
• Uphold Group 1 values in all customer and coworker interactions.
