Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring Automotive Technicians to join our automotive service team. You will learn and perform oil changes, inspections, tire maintenance, and repairs under guidance from experienced technicians while delivering high-quality service to customers.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, customer interaction, and meeting safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. ASE certifications are encouraged and supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Oil changes and routine maintenance tasks.
• Basic inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Repairing tires and performing tire maintenance.
• Reading, writing and math skills relevant to service work.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts as needed.
• Road test vehicles and ensure quality workmanship.
• Pursue ASE certifications within first two years of employment.
