Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is hiring an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles within our Bridgestone Retail Operations network.

You will learn hands-on under experienced technicians, perform routine inspections, discuss repair options with customers, and deliver high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced setting. The role offers a clear path to ASE certifications, with company support for tests and training, and a pay range reflecting flat-rate earnings tied to tasks

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including oil changes, basic inspections, and tire repairs.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and road-test vehicles.
• Aim to obtain/maintain ASE certifications within first two years; tests and fees paid by company.
