Position Summary

To provide timely and error-free tire and automotive services following established company policies and procedures. The goal is for this trainee to gain knowledge and experience to work independently and become a successful automotive technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tire services, battery installations, oil changes, maintenance services, and multi-point inspections, noting vehicle conditions.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the store manager.

Qualifications

Experience / Education / Other Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving history, and reliable transportation
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, often repetitively
• Adaptability to severe climate conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress professionally
