Job summary

Asbury in Danvers, MA is seeking a Quick Lube Technician to perform basic car maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and routine inspections. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork and ongoing learning to deliver quality guest experiences.

You will participate in training, use manufacturer guidance, and strive to ensure vehicles are returned in excellent condition. A valid license, basic tools, and pre-employment screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must have good teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Apprenticeship experience is a plus.
• Automotive technical school certifications preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
• Must have a valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Complete multi-point inspection forms for each vehicle.
• Utilize manufacturer training and internal guidance.
• Ensure vehicles are returned in good condition or better.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and schools.
• Continuously learn about new technologies.
• Must have basic tools and be able to use them effectively.

Compensation: $18-$24 Hourly

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years and experience within the industry, education, etc.

The Quick Lube Technician is an entry level technician who is responsible for performing the basic maintenance of customer vehicles.This position requires exceptional teamwork and the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks.This is an hourly paid position.

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Makes accurate use of the multi-pointinspection form on each vehicle
• Utilizes product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management
• Takes care to ensure that customer vehicles are returned to them in the same condition or better than when brought in
• Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs and schools.
• Continuously expand your knowledge for new technologies and practice
• Automotive technical school certifications preferred
• Previous experience highly preferred
• Apprenticeship experience a plus
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Must be at leasteighteen years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have basic tools
