Job Description

About the Role:

The Technician role is full-time or part-time, based on business needs. Responsibilities include vehicle diagnostics, routine repairs, and maintenance, delivering excellent customer service by communicating effectively and meeting quality and time expectations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform vehicle diagnostics and identify necessary repairs.
  2. Complete courtesy inspections, document findings, and communicate additional services needed.
  3. Assist with inventory management and store duties, maintaining cleanliness and readiness.
  4. Follow safety standards and conduct test drives per policy.
  5. Adhere to company policies, safety, and environmental standards.
  6. Maintain technical skills through training.
  7. Operate and maintain equipment safely.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Automotive training or experience in maintenance and repair.
  3. ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred.
  4. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
  5. Own basic tools or participate in the tool purchase program.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Work in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and reaching.
