Job Description

Pay is based on experience, ranging from $18.00 to $38.00 per hour.

The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guest vehicles. Starting Day 1, you'll undergo comprehensive training covering all aspects of your role. As part of the team, you'll perform repairs that ensure our guests have safe, reliable transportation, contributing to a five-star guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualification scope.
• Secure guest approval for work based on diagnosis and maintain a clean work area.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Test drive guest vehicles and safely operate shop trucks for inventory pickup.
• Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license (must be maintained).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Automotive technician experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work overhead, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE automotive certification in at least one of A1-A8.
• Automotive technical school certificate or degree.
