Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced service environment.

You will learn from experienced technicians and contribute to customer satisfaction while building foundational repair skills and earning ASE certifications. The role offers a pay range of $21.00–$31.56 per hour, with a flat-rate pay model, and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, vacation, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• 2 years of automotive repair experience or completed Vocational-Technical program.
• ASE certification or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years.
