This full-time role offers a flat-rate hourly pay between $25 and $50, a Monday–Friday schedule, sign-on bonus for qualified techs, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a mainline technician in a dealership or auto service center.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and continually increase knowledge.
• Own a complete and up-to-date set of tools and a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Service vehicles in a timely and proficient manner for routine maintenance.
• Inspect engines and components to diagnose issues and recommend repair.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve dealership and manufacturer goals.
• Efficiently repair or replace faulty parts while maintaining productivity goals.
