Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Technician in Carmel, IN. You will learn diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance under experienced techs, interacting with customers to explain procedures and ensure high-quality workmanship.

This role offers a sign-on bonus of $1,500 and a flat-rate pay model. A valid driver’s license is required, and ASE certifications are supported by the company. Pay ranges reflect local market rates and are aligned with regional experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Understanding of general automotive maintenance and tire repair services.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brakes.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years, company funds tests/fees.
