Job summary

Toyota of Bedford, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an Hourly Technician to perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Brand knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Provide excellent customer experiences and clear communication with Service Advisors.
• Follow safety, quality, and process guidelines to ensure proper repair and maintenance work.
