You will perform multi-point inspections, document findings, and ensure repairs meet factory specifications while maintaining a clean, efficient shop.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• ASE and/or manufacturer certifications a plus.
• Own a set of tools and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and computer-related issues accurately the first time.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and factory-recommended and recall services to factory specification.
• Complete thorough, honest multi-point inspections and document findings with photos or notes.
• Work efficiently to meet flag-hour and proficiency expectations without sacrificing quality.
• Communicate clearly with advisors and parts to keep promise times accurate.
• Follow proper warranty and repair documentation to support the work narrative.
• Road-test to verify both the concern and the repair before vehicle return.
• Keep bay, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and well maintained.
