Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate experience in automotive repair.
• Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and compliance.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to CarMax standards.
• Perform services from basic maintenance to complex repairs.
• Complete multi-point inspections and document findings.
• Repair or replace components to support reconditioning.
• Assist with alignment, suspension, and diagnostics.
• Uphold CarMax values and collaborate with teammates.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area.
