Victory Automotive Group is hiring an Automotive Service Technician to service and repair vehicles, perform pre-delivery checks, and uphold high customer satisfaction. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary automotive training is a plus.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license; clean driving record.
• Experience in dealer-level or large facility environments is preferred.
• ASE certification(s) are a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication, professional appearance, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules
• Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned
