Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to service and repair vehicles to high standards. The role may include pre-delivery checks and ensuring customer satisfaction. A high school diploma or GED, ASE certification (preferred), and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable with strong communication skills.
• Safety and customer service oriented; able to work in a fast-paced shop.
• Basic computer and internet skills; ability to read instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and supports inventory stocking and general functions.
• Follows shop policy, procedures, safety, and environmental rules.
• Attends staff meetings, training, and classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
