Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order, with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and staff.
• Keep abreast of factory bulletins and participate in manufacturer training.
• Notify management of ongoing repair problems and maintain an organized work area.
