Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking an Automotive Technician in Virginia to join our BSRO service team. You will learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under seasoned technicians, performing routine inspections and customer interactions.

We offer a flat-rate pay model, opportunities to earn ASE certifications, and benefits starting day one with a focus on quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and basic mechanical aptitude are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within two years; test costs covered; bonus for passing tests.
