Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under guidance from senior technicians. You will engage in routine inspections, perform maintenance, and assist customers by explaining repair steps and ensuring quality workmanship.

Base location is in Nashville, TN with a flat-rate pay model and opportunities to pursue ASE certifications. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork within a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Familiarity with general automotive maintenance, tire repair, and basic inspections.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years (company pays tests/fees).
