Job summary

Hertrich Family of Dealerships in Delaware seeks an Experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles. This role offers top flat-rate pay, a sign-on bonus for qualified techs, and a five-day workweek with no Sundays, backed by modern diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• ASE or Master Certifications preferred.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns.
• Use diagnostic equipment confidently and safely.
• Communicate effectively with service Advisors and parts teams.
• Complete repair orders and vehicle safety inspections accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Stay current with evolving automotive technologies.
