Job summary

Nissan of Concord is seeking an experienced Nissan Master Technician or Nissan Certified Expert Technician to join our growing service department on site in Concord, NC. We offer a steady workflow and the earning potential that comes with a high‑volume dealership.

You will diagnose and repair Nissan vehicles using manufacturer procedures, stay current with Nissan training, and deliver quality workmanship in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Nissan diagnostic and repair experience required.
• Ability to diagnose complex electrical/mechanical issues.
• Proficient with Nissan service information and tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Nissan vehicles using manufacturer-approved procedures and technical information.
• Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability systems.
• Complete maintenance, repair, and warranty work accurately and efficiently.
• Use Nissan diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and specialized service tools.
• Identify repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
