Job summary

City CDJRF of Brookfield is seeking automotive service technicians to inspect vehicles, diagnose issues and perform high-quality repairs and maintenance. The role offers strong earning potential and a signing bonus for Chrysler Certified Technicians, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a structured five-day work week.

Eligible candidates bring automotive repair experience, a positive attitude, teamwork, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Automotive service/repair experience preferred.
• Chrysler Dodge Jeep certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles, diagnose problems, perform quality repairs and maintenance.
• Inspect and test-drive vehicles, use diagnostic tools to diagnose problems.
• Provide estimates of time and parts needed for repair/maintenance.
• Repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C.
• Learn new information in training sessions.
• Keep shop neat and account for dealership tools.
• Other duties as assigned based on skill and certifications.

• Keep shop neat and account for dealership owned tools
• Other duties may be assigned according to skill level and certifications

Requirements
